You join me and a cohort of up to 5 others to support you through the 6-week intensive Mental Fitness program.
Each weekend you are given 1 hour of video content to watch to increase your learning.
On top of that, the app prompts you to go to the Mental Fitness gym a few times a day. With short 2 minute practices, you can really start to build those mental muscles. The app gets you into a daily habit of positive exercises which grow to become part of a daily Mental Fitness gym routine.
At the end of each week, you meet up with me and your cohort to reflect and share your progress.
Throughout the 6 weeks you also get 2x1 hour coaching sessions with me to work through your goals and change your .
As part of the app you are also given the Audiobook of Shirzad's New York Best Seller - 'Positive Intelligence' which provides even deeper learning of the weekly concepts.
